From Miami to Memphis: My Basketball Story
Born in ’03, I came up in Miami during the Heat’s 2011–2013 run—Wade and Haslem taught me loyalty. Then Mike Miller won me over to the small things, and I followed him to Memphis. Even with LeBron still in Miami, I was the lone Grizzlies kid in class. A visit to Memphis sealed it: the people, the grit, the pride. I’ve stuck through the highs and lows ever since. I bleed the colors and rep the city because it feels like home.
